We Bought A House!
The Musayev Cottage

It has been such a whirlwind of events around the Musayev household this year. We added a new fur member to our family, Fly. We have moved three times. Yes, we seriously moved three times and changed states! It was the busiest wedding season with 37 local and destination weddings. Musa changed jobs. And we bought a house in Nashville, TN! I am SO excited to make a home out of our first house together.
In between weddings I’ve been driving back and forth between Columbus and Nashville to close on our home. This November when all of my Columbus weddings are done, I will move down to Nashville. In the meantime, Musa will be living in our new home and I will still be in Columbus with the pups. Moving is a little crazy for a wedding photographer when we plan our weddings a year in advance. I still have most of my 2019 weddings here in Columbus, Ohio and can’t wait for all of them!
Our sweet little cottage is nestled in South Nashville (the 12th South Woodbine area) and has a quarter acre of land. The land was super important for us because we have two Australian Shepherds, Rex, and Fly, who love to run and play. This 3 bedroom house, remodeled this year and has all original hardwood floors. We are super excited about the location because it is not only an up and coming area but it is so close to all of our favorite places. This is the perfect first home for our family! We are hoping to be in this home for 3-5 years.
We have such fun plans for this little home and I can’t wait to share with you the decorating and changes along the way! It’s been so much fun picking out furniture, planning our landscaping, and just dreaming of our life down in Tennessee. I’m so excited to be living closer (only 4 miles away) from my family.
