Sarah and Jacob are the sweetest couple! There is nothing like true love crossing distances. Just like how Musa and I grew up worlds apart, so did Sarah and Jacob. Sarah is from the UK and Jacob from America; only by a perfect plan did these two meet! I captured their engagement session at Inniswood Metro Park and had so much fun! Jacob kept us all laughing while we walked throughout the park. The sunlight was perfect that spring day and I was so excited for their wedding day later this summer.
Sarah and Jacob were having two weddings this summer. They had one here in Columbus, Ohio for Jacob’s family and had one in the UK for Sarah’s family! When their wedding day finally arrived on August 26th I was so excited! The girls got ready at Agathos Church which is a beautiful church in downtown Columbus. Sarah wore this gorgeous classic dress with stunning lace features. It truly fit her perfectly!!
The ceremony is my favorite part of every wedding! I love the vows between the bride and groom and just being surrounded by so much love. Sarah and Jacob’s ceremony was beautiful. It was truly focused on their love and God. After the ceremony, we headed over to Goodale Park for portraits! The sunlight was perfect and the park was the perfect place to take bride and groom photos. We spent a good hour capturing these two lovebirds.
Their reception was held at Brick An American Kitchen right in the Brewery District on Front Street. The reception hall was really neat! You almost felt like you were in a brick cellar with really cool arched ceilings! The toasts from Jacob’s brother and Sarah’s father were so touching. They were filled with such love of this newlywed couple! What an amazing day for an amazing couple! Congratulations to Sarah and Jacob on your marriage!
