Engagement Session At Franklin Park

When I first met Megan and Tim, I was SO excited to photograph their wedding day because they are getting married at Crago Farms in Marysville, Ohio. This venue is super special to me because it is where Musa and I got married as well! I am looking forward to their gorgeous fall wedding on the farm this year!
Megan and Tim love the outdoors. When it came time to select a location for their engagement session, Megan knew exactly where she wanted her photos, The Franklin Park Conservatory.
This time of year Franklin Park is stunning. Everything is in full bloom and picture-perfect. From the gorgeous hydrangeas to the full weeping willow tree, everything reminded me of a European garden. We met on a gorgeous summer evening during golden hour! I had so much fun exploring the park with this sweet couple! From dancing in the sunset to strolling throughout the tree-lined gardens, everything was magical. We got so lucky because the day of their session was the only forecasted sunny day! The rest of the week was supposed to rain!! Meant to be, right?!
One of my favorite locations we photographed was the willow tree! I didn’t even know there was a full-sized willow tree at Franklin Park! We stumbled upon it and it was perfect. The golden sunset light streamed through the willow branches creating a whimsical atmosphere. It was amazing!
