Our Musayev Cottage

Est. 2018

Our new kitchen is very tiny! I love to cook, so one day I want to design my dream kitchen. This kitchen is very sweet and overlooks our big backyard. However, there’s not much we need to do to furnish this space. We don’t have a formal dining room and our kitchen dining area also has a door to the backyard. So finding a kitchen table was a little tricky because it needed to be petite. I chose the Madelyn Urban Blend Wood Dining Table and Vecchia Dining Chairs which fit our criteria for this space. I love the natural repurposed wood and metal chairs. The chairs are slender and will fit perfectly around this table.

For our rug, I wanted something neutral but also all-purpose. This Claudette Fiber Hand-Woven Natural area rug was just what I was looking for. It has an organic coastal feel that I love. It was also important that the rug was easy to clean because having a rug in any dining space is prone to fallen food and drinks.

In our kitchen, we have a very small bar area which overlooks the stove. We needed bar stools that were slim to fit in this space. I’m totally obsessed with the rustic farmhouse charm of these Gracie barstools. They will tuck perfectly under our counters while not taking up too much space!
