Engagement at Creekside Park

Joyful, fun, and in love are the words that come to mind when thinking about DeeDee and Gabe. I had SO much fun capturing their sweet engagement session at Creekside Park in Gahanna, Ohio.
We had such a hard time scheduling their session because the weather has been so crazy! Every time we set a date, it would rain. In fact, their engagement session was more spur-the-moment. It was supposed to rain on their day and I texted DeeDee the day before asking her if by chance they were free to bump it up to today! She had just gotten off a plane from a work trip but said they would make it!!
We met in the afternoon at Creekside Park and it was gorgeous. The sunlight was streaming through the trees and reflected on the creek. It was beautiful. These two had so much fun exploring the trails, laughing, and dancing. My favorite part about their session was truly capturing their love. They are each other’s best friends and it truly does radiate in their photos. What a fun day with the most joyful couple!
