Summer Wedding In Chillicothe Ohio
I had just arrived at the ceremony site. I unpacked my gear and started to collect all of the wedding day homework details to shoot. Ciara’s mom handed me a small teal box. She said that Ciara’s wedding band was a surprise. I opened the box and saw the most gorgeous vintage diamond wedding band. And the best part about this band was that it was her Grandma’s!
Ciara and Craig have such a strong love legacy. Their love for God and their families love for them was so radiant. Ciara’s grandparents have been married for 50 years and her great parents close to 60 years! How amazing right?!
Ciara was an absolutely radiant bride. She was SO excited to marry her best friend, Craig. I will never forget during the groomsmen portraits when we finished the group, I took some groom portraits of Craig. At the end, when we were walking back, I told him that Ciara looked absolutely stunning. When he looked up at me, his eyes were filled with such admiration and excitement to marry his bride-to-be. It was something so sweet and seriously makes you feel like you’re watching a real-life romance movie!
These two were married in front of close family and friends at the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Chillicothe, Ohio. Their ceremony was so God-filled and intimate. It was perfect.
The reception was held on the church acres in a beautiful field. The tent was something out of a Harry Potter movie! The high vaulted tent ceiling was so fitting for a summer reception. The rest of the evening was filled with celebration for this newly married couple! These two will be celebrating their honeymoon in Hocking Hills! They will be hiking, enjoying the gorgeous scenery, and ziplining! How romantic and fun!
