I LOVE shooting bridal portraits. It’s just a magical moment to celebrate such an important day in a girl’s life, her wedding day! Most of us have dreamed of this day for so long. To have a day to just focus on the beauty and important milestone of the bride-to-be is not only relaxing but so much fun! It just makes the wedding day an even more exciting and special day!
I had so much fun capturing Meredith’s bridal session at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Nashville, Tennessee. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and sunset. And oh my goodness, the sunset was so glowy and perfect, a photographer’s dream! I love Covenant Presbyterian Church because it looks like a castle or something you’d find in Europe. The regal stonework, stunning gardens, and private location just makes it a bridal dream come true.
Meredith wore her stunning Essence of Australia gown that had the most intricate detailing. It was classic and elegant. Her veil was the perfect bridal touch for her wedding look.
The best part of this bridal session was Meredith’s hand-crafted rehearsal dinner dress. It was actually the skirt of her mother’s wedding dress made into the most adorable dress! Such an incredible heirloom and a way to carry on a loving legacy. Here are some of my favorite pictures from Meredith’s session!
