A Food Lover’s Series

I am absolutely loving this Whole 30 inspired lifestyle! I am feeling so great and happy with my food choices! I am SO excited to share with you some of my favorite foods and recipes I’ve been eating recently.

The first one is edamame and mung bean pasta! And the best part, it actually tastes delicious! I’ve always had a hard time finding a gluten-free pasta substitute that tasted good! Most gluten-free pasta just tastes weird or fall apart after boiling. But edamame pasta tastes good and still holds its pasta-like texture!

My favorite brand so far is by Explore Cuisine. This brand has 24g of protein per serving and satisfies your pasta craving. Yum! I love having this with any dinner side! I’ve made it with tomato sauce, ghee, and in shrimp scampi!
